Non-violent communication maintains the problems, issues, conflicts between groups or individuals that often arises from confusion and miscommunication about our human needs, our emotions or what we want someone to do. If the wrong message is communicated and we don’t get the response we’re hoping for people may instead reserve to stronger, more coercive, less helpful language which is summarized by this word: violent.
